What times will my assistants be available?

Our team works Monday-Friday, normal business hours. If you need help outside of those hours, you can arrange it with your project manager. BizEBee strongly values family, so any holidays, evenings, or weekends are up to the assistants.

What is your turn around time?

Our assistants will respond within 24 hrs to all tasks

Where is your team located?

BizEBee only hires within the continental US.

Do you customize your work?

Everything we do is 100% customized and tailored for you.

Do my hours roll over?

BizEBee works on a monthly subscription model. Because of this, our hours do not roll over. If you would like amore custom plan, please let us know.

How do I sign up?

Hop over to our Pricing page and select the plan that works best for you and your business needs. Once you fill out the information, we will send you a link to schedule your intake call and get started.

What if I need to change my plan?

If you ever need to change your plan with us, just let your Project Manager know. We can make the adjustments.

What is your refund policy?

If you unhappy  are with the competed tasks we will make any revisions free of charge or credit hours back to your account.

Do you offer month to month

Our plans do have a 3 month commitment period. If you would like month to month or a more project based plan, we can create a custom plan for you.

What if I decide to cancel?

We understand that things come up. If you are needing to quit all together, we ask that you give us 2 weeks to tie up all loose ends on your account and then we can refund any unused hours up to 1/2 of your month’s allotted hours. All other refunds are at the discretion of management. If you are in still in your 3 month commitment period there is there is a $250 early termination fee.
